Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Online Operations Manager to lead EPOS's online commerce growth across marketplaces and digital channels. This role will own day-to-day performance of platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and future online channels, while leveraging AI tools and automation to scale operations efficiently.
The ideal candidate comes from strong marketplace backgrounds such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or fast-growing eCommerce brands.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Growth & Performance
- Own monthly revenue, traffic, conversion and profitability targets across online channels
- Plan and execute platform campaigns (9.9, 10.10, 11.11 etc.)
- Improve AOV, repeat purchase and category growth
Marketplace Operations
- Ensure accurate listings, pricing, promotions and stock availability
- Manage platform health metrics, seller performance and customer ratings
- Optimize store merchandising and product discoverability
Data & Reporting
- Build daily / weekly dashboards for sales and channel performance
- Analyse traffic sources, SKU movement, campaign ROI and competitor actions
- Provide insights and action plans to management
AI & Automation
- Introduce AI tools to improve operations productivity
- Automate reporting workflows and repetitive tasks
- Implement AI chat support / content generation / forecasting where relevant
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with supply chain, customer service, finance, marketing and product teams
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and fulfilment readiness
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in eCommerce / Marketplace Operations
- Strong commercial mindset with proven sales growth track record
- Data-driven and comfortable with Excel / BI dashboards
- Fast-moving, entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong stakeholder management skills
