Finance Manager (Fintech, Open for Auditors)

Looking for Finance Manager for a Fintech Company, based in Selangor

Your new company

An established Malaysian fintech and payments business with capabilities across payment processing and financial products. The organisation is evolving its platform and product offerings while strengthening its financial governance and regulatory infrastructure to support its next stage of growth.

Your new role

• Lead the Group's overall finance strategy, governance and operations.
• Drive commercial performance across payments, acquiring, issuing and card products.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
• Provide insights on pricing, interchange, MDR, costs and portfolio profitability.
• Lead regulatory reporting, controls and compliance with BNM and MFRS/IFRS requirements.
• Partner with the CEO, Board and business leaders on growth, new products and strategic expansion.

What you'll need to succeed

• Min 8-15 years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong exposure to payments, card issuing, banking, fintech or financial services.
• Good understanding of card economics, including interchange, MDR and settlements.
• Strong knowledge of BNM requirements and Malaysian financial reporting standards.
• Experience with credit risk, portfolio management and ECL provisioning would be advantageous.
• Commercial, data-driven leadership style with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
