Purpose of the Finance Manager (Global Program) Recruitment:

• Attract Internationally Mobile Finance Talents

We seek exceptional finance professionals who are internationally mobile to join this program. Incumbent must be able to remain internationally mobile for the mid to long term timeframe.

Note: Location is stated as Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where we hope to seek such finance talents from.

• Develop Top Finance Talent Worldwide

You'll first begin with an immersive 3-6 months on-the-job training at our Global Headquarters in Foshan, Guangdong, China. Post-training, you'll be deployed to one of Midea's overseas subsidiaries as a key member of our finance leadership team in driving growth and sustainability for Midea International's operations.

Note: Final placement locations will be determined by business priorities alongside your professional interests and developmental goals, ensuring mutual alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Gain hands-on experience infinance and business operationsacross one or more areas, including:

- Financial management, analysis, and reporting

- Cost/expense and budget management

- Fund management, accounting, and risk control

• Performday-to-day financial operationsin assigned roles, track related projects, and propose process improvements based on insights gained.
• Immerse inMidea's financial operations and management cultureat HQ, developing into a futureinternational finance leaderthrough on-the-job learning.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higherin Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of commercial finance experiencein amultinational company (MNC)environment.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken) due to the need to interact closely with China HQ counterparts; additional languages are a plus.
• Globally mobile willing to relocate to overseas subsidiaries as needed.
• Strong cultural fit adaptable to Midea's values and committed to long-term growth with the company.
• Proactive, innovative, and collaborative thrives in fast-paced, self-managed teams with curiosity and problem-solving agility.
