Your new role

As an Account Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of accounting, financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, taxation, and project finance activities. You will work closely with senior management, providing financial insights, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a high-performing finance team while supporting strategic business decisions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, MICPA or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years of accounting and finance experience, including leadership exposure within the property development or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, project accounting, taxation, treasury management, budgeting, and group consolidation.
