Job Description

Job Summary

The Finance and Accounts Manager will lead the company's financial operations, including the preparation of financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting. The role ensures adherence to financial regulations, evaluates financial performance, and works closely with internal teams to support cost optimization and strategic initiatives. Strong leadership, analytical capability, and meticulous attention to detail are key for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial statements, management reports, and forecasts to senior leadership.

  • Ensure full compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

  • Develop, manage, and track annual budgets and financial plans.

  • Perform variance analysis and provide meaningful financial insights.

  • Oversee AP, AR, general ledger, and project ledger functions.

  • Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.

  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and business decisions.

  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.

  • Manage compliance with all tax matters (Service Tax, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, Global Minimum Tax) and ensure timely submission of tax filings for the company and expatriates.

  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.

  • Evaluate financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

  • Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.

  • Provide financial support and guidance to other departments.

  • Prepare quarterly financial reports for group consolidation.

  • Manage treasury functions and liaise with financial institutions.

  • Oversee the full finance and accounting scope for subsidiary companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Requirements

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

  • At least 10 years of experience in finance or accounting.

  • Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and financial systems; experience with XERO is an advantage.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to clearly present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Strong time management with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

  • High integrity and professionalism, particularly in accounting, financial, and tax matters.
