Job Description

Our Client (a publicly listed company in Kuala Lumpur) is looking for a Finance leader with people management experience to join them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage statutory financial reporting and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Oversee timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, group reporting, and consolidation.
  • Manage internal and external audit engagements and key stakeholder relationships.
  • Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and reporting excellence.
  • Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Review financial statements and reporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic initiatives and business projects.
Requirements:
  • Possess a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. 
  • Must be a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant finance, reporting, audit, or accounting experience, with managerial leadership exposure.
  • Possess strong stakeholder engagement for effective and efficient engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.
