We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our company's financial operations, ensuring financial health, compliance, and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and team leadership, with a strong focus on digitalization to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of automated accounts payable systems, digital payment solutions, and process optimization.

This position plays a key role in ensuring the financial health of our organization through effective and efficient management of accounts in a fully digital environment.

The Primary Responsibilities of a Finance Manager:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop and oversee financial strategies, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and improve profitability.
• Provide insights on financial performance and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

2. Budgeting & Cost Management

• Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor expenditures and implement cost control measures to optimize financial resources.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and process efficiency improvements.

3. Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations.
• Oversee compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure financial transparency.

4. Cash Flow & Risk Management

• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational needs.
• Identify financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure proper internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets.

5. Business Strategy & Financial Leadership

• Support senior management in strategic decision-making with financial insights and recommendations.
• Drive business performance through financial planning and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with various departments to align financial strategies with business goals.

6. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth and development.
• Establish performance metrics and ensure the team meets financial and operational objectives.
• Promote a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the finance function.

7. Investment & Funding Management

• Assess investment opportunities and provide recommendations on capital allocation.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions to secure funding when needed.
• Optimize capital structure to support long-term business growth.

8. Technology & Process Improvement

• Implement financial systems and tools to enhance reporting and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on financial technologies and best practices to drive automation and digital transformation.
• Streamline financial processes to improve accuracy and reduce manual workload.

9. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & General Ledger Management

• Manage the overall Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) of the company and its subsidiaries.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
• Maintain proper reconciliation of financial records and ensure compliance with accounting policies.

The Ideal Candidate's Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
