Finance Manager

Job Title: Finance Manager - Mandarin Speaker (Full-time)

Industry: Manufacturing / Trading / Export-Import

Salary: RM 11,000 / Month (based on experience)

Working hours: 8:00AM 5:30PM (Monday - Friday)

Location: 42000 Klang, Selangor.

Job Description:

• Be responsible for the company's financial accounting, accounting treatment and daily affairs.
• Undertake the company's tax calculation, declaration and auditing work.
• Handle the reconciliation of inter-company payables and receivables, issuing invoices, and collection of payments.
• Prepare financial statements, conduct monthly statement reconciliation, and compile and analyze management reports.
• Complete annual work, including annual tax final settlement, annual report preparation and auditing.
• Fulfil other tasks assigned by the company's leadership.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a diploma or Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or Accounting.
• Have at least 3 years of financial accounting work experience; experience in manufacturing enterprises is preferred.
• Be proficient in using financial software and familiar with fiscal and tax policies.
• Possess good learning ability, independent work ability and financial analysis ability.
• Be meticulous in work, have a strong sense of responsibility, and demonstrate good communication skills and team spirit.
• Understand Chinese in both speaking and writing.
