Description
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting & Finance department.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory reporting and tax compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business planning and decision-making processes.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and financial process improvements.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
Profile
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are advantageous.
- Candidates with at least 5 years of finance managerial experience in manufacturing companies
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage and develop a team effectively.
