Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, strengthen financial controls and support strategic business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial reporting and manufacturing accounting experience, with the ability to manage a finance team and provide meaningful financial insights to management.

• Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL and month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, budgets and financial forecasts.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury operations and banking relationships.
• Oversee manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, cost allocation and profitability analysis.
• Monitor production costs, cost variances and opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, bankers and relevant regulatory authorities.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial governance and risk management.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support business growth.
• Lead, coach and develop the finance and accounting team.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA or MIA membership are highly advantageous.
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including supervisory or managerial exposure.
• Experience in manufacturing accounting, inventory management and product costing is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of MFRS, Malaysian tax regulations and financial compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG or other manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
