Finance Manager

Our client is a growing organisation with multiple business entities and is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to strengthen its finance operations and support business growth.

Financial Reporting & Group Finance

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for the Group and its subsidiaries.
  
• Review financial results, consolidation and accounting treatments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  
• Prepare management reports and provide meaningful financial insights to support business decisions.
  

Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis

• Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts.
  
• Conduct financial analysis, modelling and commercial evaluation to support business planning.
  
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements to enhance financial performance.
  

Cash Flow & Treasury

• Prepare and monitor cash-flow forecasts and ensure effective cash-flow management.
  
• Oversee supplier payments and working capital management.
  
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions on banking matters and financing requirements.
  

Tax, Audit & Compliance

• Oversee tax compliance, including tax computations, estimates and submissions.
  
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of year-end audit.
  
• Ensure statutory and financial reporting requirements are met.
  
• Maintain proper finance, corporate and statutory documentation.
  

Finance Operations & Team Leadership

• Review and improve accounting processes, systems and internal controls.
  
• Lead, coach and develop the Finance team.
  
• Ensure smooth day-to-day finance operations while maintaining strong financial discipline and accuracy.
  
• Work closely with other departments and management on finance-related matters and business initiatives.
  
  

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
  
• Around 7–10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
  
• Candidates currently at Assistant Finance Manager level who are ready for a Finance Manager step-up are welcome to apply.
  
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and audit coordination.
  
• Experience in group consolidation and managing accounts for multiple entities will be an advantage.
  
• Good understanding of tax and statutory compliance.
  
• Strong Excel and accounting-system skills.
  
• Candidates from Property Development, Construction, F&B, Retail or other project-based industries are welcome.
  
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and taking ownership of finance matters.
