Are you a strategic financial leader looking to drive impact in a dynamic environment We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, strategy, and team development in Masai, Johor.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Formulate annual/monthly departmental work plans and guide personal development plans for team members.
- Financial & Budget Management: Develop accounting systems, oversee capital investment, and manage financial risk control.
- Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate the finance team to ensure operational excellence.
- Reporting & Analysis: Conduct monthly financial analysis, supervise asset accounting, and provide data-driven insights for business decisions.
- Compliance & Audit: Coordinate with external auditors, review tax returns, and ensure robust tax planning.
- Cash Flow & Financing: Manage relationships with financial institutions and oversee loans, factoring, and financial leasing.
- Cost Control: Monitor cost accounting and set guidance prices to optimize profitability.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in financial management or a related role.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting systems, and financing products.
- Language:Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with stakeholders and handle relevant documentation.
- Skills: Exceptional logical thinking, auditing skills, and proficiency in financial software.
