Job Description

• Manage and oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports and statements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
• Supervise accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Monitor and manage the company's financial performance and budgets.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely audits.
• Develop and implement effective financial controls and processes.
• Support strategic initiatives through financial planning and analysis.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager (Ops) - Group Finance should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in financial systems and software.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and analyse financial data.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
