Job Responsibility
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, reconciliation, month-end & year-end closing)
- Prepare and analyze financial reports: P&L, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
- Track & process project/sub-sale commissions, booking fees, and collections
- Oversee payroll, claims, and all statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS, HRDF)
- Monitor branch spending vs. budget and provide cost control advice
- Ensure accurate & timely to manage SST submissions and implement compliance with LHDN E-Invoice
- Manage SST submissions and implement compliance with LHDN E-Invoice
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary on audit & tax matters
- Supervise junior accounts/admin team and ensure internal SOP compliance
- Provide timely and accurate financial insights to support management decisions
- Support operational functions on an ad-hoc basis as required during peak periods, events, and special projects
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting (real estate or project-based preferred)
- Familiar with Malaysian accounting standards, SST, and LHDN E-Invoice
- Skilled in Google Drive, Microsoft Excel & accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, etc.)
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- High integrity, accuracy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work independently and report directly to top management
