What you'll do:

As Finance Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing all aspects of finance within a busy manufacturing setting. • Prepare detailed monthly management reports, financial statements, and conduct thorough variance analysis to provide clear insights into business performance.
• Lead the budgeting process by coordinating forecasts and cash flow planning activities that support organisational objectives and resource allocation.
• Monitor manufacturing costs meticulously, manage inventory valuation processes, and perform cost analysis to identify opportunities for improved profitability across operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with statutory requirements by managing tax filings, audit processes, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations.
• Liaise effectively with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth audits and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Support management by delivering insightful financial analysis that informs key business decisions and drives operational improvements.
• Continuously improve internal controls by reviewing financial processes regularly and implementing enhancements that increase reporting efficiency and reduce risk.
