Job Purpose

Oversee financial operations, reporting, audits, budgeting, tax planning, and provide strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting Review consolidated accounts, prepare management reports.

Audit & Compliance Lead statutory audits, ensure timely filings (SSM, Annual Report).

Tax & Budgeting Review tax returns, lead annual budgeting & performance analysis.

Team & Process Leadership Manage finance team, strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW/CPA/MIA certification is a MUST.
• 67 years experience (audit/corporate accounting preferred).
• Team management experience.

Skills Required

• Leadership, analytical, strategic thinker.
• Strong knowledge of MFRS, tax, and financial controls.
• Proficient in MS Office & financial software.

Important Notes:

• Candidates with ACCA or equivalent certifications are HIGHLY PREFERRED. Strong experience may be considered.
