About the role
We are hiring a Finance Manager to support a well-established healthcare business with regional presence across Asia Pacific. This role reports directly to the Finance Director and oversees a lean team, with responsibility across both financial operations and business partnering.
Responsibilities:
- Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis
- Oversee month-end closing, audit, and full set of accounts
- Manage AP/AR, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with MFRS / IFRS and statutory requirements
- Handle tax matters (corporate tax, SST, withholding tax, filings)
- Monitor cash flow and support financial planning
- Drive SOP improvements and process optimisation
- Work within SAP environment
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights and support decision-making
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (ACCA / CA / equivalent)
- A Finance Manager with at least 2 years in a similar capacity
- Experience within an MNC or structured environment
- Prior experience managing a small team
- Strong foundation in both financial operations and FP&A
- Comfortable engaging stakeholders and supporting business decisions
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Experience with SAP
- Knowledge of healthcare industry financial practices
