Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial management and reporting functions across multiple entities under our Shared Services structure.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the company's financial management and reporting activities.
- Prepare management reports and present financial insights in management meetings.
- Prepare financial statement workings and draft financial statements
- Manage full set of accounts, intercompany reconciliations, and audit schedules.
- Ensure timely monthly and year-end closing for multiple entities across different industries under Shared Service.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and support Business Units or entities on finance matters.
- Support FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and commentaries.
- Manage company cash flow and treasury functions.
- Prepare Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) and liaise with corporate tax agents, review tax computations.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and stakeholders for year-end closing and reporting.
- Coordinate with corporate secretary on Annual Returns, XBRL filings, and statutory documentation.
- Oversee the accounting team's performance.
- Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 58 years of relevant managerial experience, preferably in a Shared Services or multi-entity environment
- Strong knowledge of Singapore financial reporting standards and tax regulations
- Experience in audit coordination, tax liaison, and statutory compliance
- Ability to lead a team and work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and financial strategy.
