Position: Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily accounting and bookkeeping, preparing, and reviewing various financial statements.
- Overall planning for company fund management and accounts receivable/payable control, promoting refined cost and expense management and budget system establishment.
- Completing tax declaration and payment, researching tax incentive policies, and conducting legal and compliant tax planning.
- Develop and optimize financial management systems and processes, promote the development of financial information technology, and establish a financial internal audit and control system.
- Strictly implementing financial regulations and company financial systems to ensure compliance of financial activities.
- Cooperating with internal and external audits, providing necessary materials, and following up on the implementation and rectification of audit recommendations.
- Supporting the company's IPO process throughout the entire financial phase, liaising with intermediaries to ensure that application materials meet listing requirements.
- Conducting multi-dimensional financial analysis to provide financial support and decision-making basis for business units and senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, or other related economics fields.
- 10+ years of relevant finance experience, possessing a comprehensive and solid foundation in finance, management accounting knowledge, and practical experience in financial management.
- Familiar with Singapore and Malaysia Accounting and Tax Rules
- Experience in accounting firms, the semiconductor industry, or startups is preferred.
- Experience in IPO projects is preferred
- Resilience, execution, team building, and communication skills are strong.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, able to provide targeted financial advice based on the characteristics of the semiconductor industry and the company's business development.
- Ability to drive financial process optimization, system upgrades, and business-finance integration.
- Able to adapt to the rapid development of startups and efficiently balance business development, financial compliance, and decision support
- ERP implementation experience is a plus
