About The Company

Our client is a leading provider of data management solutions.
The company specializes in cutting-edge technology to optimize data storage and processing.

Job Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact with banks and headquarters for day-to-day financial transactions.
Process payments across the APAC region, including bank transfers and H2H (Host-to-Host) payments.
Oversee the management of bank and H2H payment accounts.
Implement and enhance automation within financial systems.
Provide payment-related support to departments such as Order Operations, Delivery, Sales, and GSM.
Liaise with banks and payment vendors on behalf of APAC entities.
Assist with month-end closing procedures.
Support both internal and external audit processes.
Assist with bank account openings, KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance, signatory updates, and other administrative requirements.
Prepare and manage finance/banking documentation.
Carry out additional ad hoc tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or payment processing roles.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and payment processing systems.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Working location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
