Role Description

This is a contract-based, on-site role for a Finance Officer, located in Kuching. The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing and preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate financial records, and analyzing financial data to guide decision-making. Additional duties include assisting with financial reporting, supporting budgetary processes, and contributing to effective and efficient financial planning, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in preparing and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Excellent Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Finance
• Effective Communication skills to convey financial information to stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) are an advantage
• Previous experience in a financial or accounting role is preferred
• Proficiency in financial software and tools is beneficial
