About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations & Costs Controller Manager to lead financial planning, cost control, and performance monitoring across our supply chain and operations. This role plays a critical part in driving profitability, improving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process for operations and supply chain, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner closely with operations and supply chain teams to evaluate and implement cost-saving initiatives through detailed financial impact analyses.
- Drive FP&A activities, providing real-time insights to senior management to optimize resource allocation and operational costs.
- Oversee cost reduction strategies, including fixed overhead and conversion cost initiatives, to deliver measurable efficiency improvements.
- Manage CAPEX budgeting and ROI analysis, presenting investment recommendations and long-term financial impact to leadership.
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance by implementing and maintaining strong internal controls.
- Develop and monitor performance tracking tools and KPIs (e.g., yield, downtime, overtime, utilization) to enable proactive performance management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of cost accounting experience, preferably within the manufacturing or production industry.
- At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, systems, and procedures.
- Ability to:
- Work independently under minimal supervision.
- Manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Prepare clear work papers and apply strong analytical techniques.
- High level of proficiency in SAP, Excel, and other relevant financial systems and tools.
