We are looking for an experienced and analytical
Finance Operations Manager to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end and year-end closings, financial statements, and reconciliations.
- Manage AP, AR, tax, and cash flow operations.
- Provide financial insights and support capital allocation decisions.
- Ensure compliance with group policies, procedures, and local regulations.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers.
- Drive process improvements and handle ad-hoc finance tasks.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant qualification with a Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- 46 years of relevant experience in similar level.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Proficient in English, meticulous, and independent.
- Proactive team player with good communication skills.
