Our client is looking for a Finance Business Partner to be the subject matter expert for Group Risk, CEO Office, and Corporate Affairs. This is a contract role based in Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the finance advisor for assigned functions, providing performance & reporting analysis, budgeting, forecasting, process improvement, and financial modelling support.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with clear insights on variances, trends, and outlook.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles; support headcount planning and cost optimisation.
- Improve finance processes, reporting, and systems; maintain dashboards and management information packs.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insights and guide strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CA/CPA preferred
- At least 6 years in FP&A, finance business partnering, or cost management
- Experience in multinational or matrix environments preferred
- Proficient in Excel and finance/ERP systems; BI tools a plus
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced analytical and financial modelling capability
- Solid understanding of financial controls and governance
- Clear, concise communication for executive audiences

- Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to produce executive-ready materials
