- Financial Planning & Analysis - Oversee the regional planning cycle for Southeast Asia, including budget preparation, rolling forecasts, and performance review
- Team Leadership & Development - Lead and support a team of finance specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner closely with commercial, operations, and corporate teams to evaluate business initiatives and enhance overall profitability
- Compliance & Control - Uphold strong financial governance by ensuring compliance with internal standards, corporate policies, and local statutory requirements.
Salary range up to MYR 15,000 (based on relevant experience)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; professional certification (ACCA /ICAEW /CPA) is preferred.
- More than 6 years of finance experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel; familiarity with BI tools is an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
- Auditing experience is a plus.
