Finance Specialist - Account Receivable
Your Responsibilities
Accounting in accordance with legal regulations and company policy
Continuous system monitoring (if the respective data in the used software are consistent)
Handling sales invoice verification and create an e-invoice and shares it to IRBM via MyInvois Portal
Handling purchase invoice from foreign vendor, verification and create an e-invoice and shares it to IRBM via MyInvois Portal
Handling vendor registration from Ariba system
Inter-company reconciliations
Ad hoc tasks assigned by manager/supervisor
Your Profile
BA Finance, Accounting or Relevant
1-3 years of experience in/as financial accounting(MNC manufacturing background desirable)
High proficiency in MS excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, macros, tables and graph production) and MS PowerPoint
Familiar with SAP ERP, TM1
Strong project management skills
Strong analytical and communication skills
Fluent in English, both written and speaking. Mandarin as a plus.
Ability to influence and work in a support role
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and under high pressure
