Responsabilits:
- Manage company cash flow, funding, and financing activities, ensuring efficient capital utilization.
- Oversee accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct financial analysis, monitor key financial indicators, and provide recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and local accounting regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience, preferably in multinational companies, with exposure to fund management, accounting, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of local DRC accounting regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in English or French (either can be used as the working language); Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work on a 9-week on-site / 3-week off rotation in DRC.
Comptences requises:
- Experience in cross-border financing or multinational operations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.
