- Oversee and manage the operations of the shared service center in the APAC region, including the three pillars; OTC, PTP and RTR
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and company policies.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency within the accounting and finance functions.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align financial strategies.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights to stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the shared service center team to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls for financial operations.
- Oversee audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Profile
