Job Description
- Oversee and manage the operations of the shared service center in the APAC region, including the three pillars; OTC, PTP and RTR
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and company policies.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency within the accounting and finance functions.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align financial strategies.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights to stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the shared service center team to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls for financial operations.
- Oversee audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Finance Team Lead Should Have
- Relevant educational qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in managing accounting and finance operations within a shared service center environment.
- Proven ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in implementing process improvements and ensuring compliance.
- Proficiency in financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
