Position Details:

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market SME loan products to potential clients.
• Engage with both new and existing customers to understand their financial needs.
• Follow up with existing clients to identify and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Work closely with the SME Manager and team to develop effective sales strategies.
• Participate in and support corporate events, roadshows, and client engagement activities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SME-related roles, preferably within financial services or consulting firms.
• Strong networking, sales, and client relationship management skills.
• Basic understanding of financial and banking products.
• Good command of English and Malay (both written and spoken).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented.
• Willing to participate in corporate events and roadshows when required.

Additional Notes:

• Candidates MUST have proven sales achievements (e.g., targets met/exceeded, portfolio growth, awards, etc.).
• Candidates MUST be from financial services or consulting industry backgrounds.
