Job Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements for the product lines and provide timely, accurate decision-making information and recommendations to product line managers on the business under their purview.
• Analyse and manage assets, organise regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accounts are consistent, and provide management advice.
• Provide risk early warning by identifying abnormal financial indicators, and propose risk management measures while escalating issues in a timely manner.
• Drive the digital development of existing reports, and support and promote the establishment and development of information technology platforms.
• Coordinate the business unit's or factory's annual and rolling budget measurement, and promptly propose corrective actions for budget overruns to ensure performance targets are achieved.
• Regularly analyse factory business operation cycles, share monthly output processes, and drive cost reduction and improvement initiatives.
• Assist the headquarters and affiliates with financial business support matters.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the department head.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Auditing,accountancy or other related majors. Excellent academic performance in university. Relevant working experience is an added advantage.
• Familiar with various financial and data management systems such as SAP, OA, etc., and understand system business processes and related data logic flows.
• Strong observation and analytical skills, meticulous and rigorous in work, and strong stress tolerance.
• Proficient in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin (required to report to Chinese Department leaders).
