Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments of clients to determine their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
  • Gather information on clients income, expenses, assets, and liabilities to create a detailed financial profile.
  • Develop personalized financial plans that align with clients short-term and long-term financial objectives.
  • Create strategies for wealth accumulation, retirement planning, tax optimization, and estate planning.
  • Provide guidance on investment allocation and asset allocation to achieve financial goals.
  • Recommend suitable investment products and strategies based on clients risk tolerance and financial objectives.
  • Monitor and adjust investment portfolios as market conditions and client needs change.
  • Stay informed about financial markets, investment trends, and tax regulations.
  • Evaluate and address risks associated with clients financial plans and investments.
  • Assist clients in developing estate plans, including wills, trusts, and beneficiary designations.
  • Optimize estate plans to minimize estate taxes and ensure the smooth transfer of assets to heirs.
  • Educate clients about financial concepts, investment options, and the importance of long-term financial planning.
  • Provide ongoing financial education and updates to keep clients informed.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust, integrity, and transparency.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to track progress toward financial goals and make necessary adjustments.
Job Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply, as training is provided.
  • Skills required : Communication skills, Team player.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Prefer Mandarin.
  • Personal goal oriented, motivated, disciplined with an entrepreneur's mindset.
  • Relevant financial planning and investment management experience.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
