Job Description

Job Responsibility

Conduct comprehensive financial assessments of clients to determine their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
Gather information on clients income, expenses, assets, and liabilities to create a detailed financial profile.
Develop personalized financial plans that align with clients short-term and long-term financial objectives.
Create strategies for wealth accumulation, retirement planning, tax optimization, and estate planning.
Provide guidance on investment allocation and asset allocation to achieve financial goals.
Recommend suitable investment products and strategies based on clients risk tolerance and financial objectives.
Monitor and adjust investment portfolios as market conditions and client needs change.
Stay informed about financial markets, investment trends, and tax regulations.
Evaluate and address risks associated with clients financial plans and investments.
Assist clients in developing estate plans, including wills, trusts, and beneficiary designations.
Optimize estate plans to minimize estate taxes and ensure the smooth transfer of assets to heirs.
Educate clients about financial concepts, investment options, and the importance of long-term financial planning.
Provide ongoing financial education and updates to keep clients informed.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust, integrity, and transparency.
Conduct regular client reviews to track progress toward financial goals and make necessary adjustments.

Job Requirements

Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply, as training is provided.
Skills required : Communication skills, Team player.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Prefer Mandarin.
Personal goal oriented, motivated, disciplined with an entrepreneur's mindset.
Relevant financial planning and investment management experience.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
