Job Description

The Financial Controller will oversee financial operations and ensure accurate reporting within the industrial/manufacturing sector. This permanent role offers a significant opportunity to lead financial management and compliance initiatives.

Client Details

The organisation operates within the industrial/manufacturing sector and is based in PJ.

Description

Manage all financial reporting and budgeting processes in compliance with regulatory standards.
Oversee cash flow, financial planning, and risk management activities.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial legislation.
Lead the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
Monitor internal controls and implement improvements where necessary.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors for financial audits.
Support strategic planning by providing financial insights and recommendations.

Profile

A Successful Financial Controller Should Have

A recognised degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
Experience in financial management within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Offer

Monthly salary range: MYR 20,000 - MYR 25,000.
