Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company's financial strategy to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
Lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools to support decision-making.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses to ensure accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
Manage the company's capital structure, financing activities, and treasury operations.
Develop and implement effective risk management policies and procedures to protect the company's financial assets.
Provide financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulatory and tax exemption requirements.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and auditors.
Lead the finance team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred.
10+ years of experience in senior finance roles, with a track record of success in strategic financial leadership and management.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and control processes.
Experience with debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management.
Strong leadership and team management presentation skills.
Able to present confidently and articulate Financial numbers to the Management team and EXCO Team.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Able to work with Group Finance and meet HQ Finance Policies and adhere strictly to Group Consolidation datelines.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Language: Proficiency in English is a must.
