Financial Controller, Global

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic partner and advisor to the CEO and RBU Leadership Team, supporting decision-making, planning, and execution.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, aligning strategy with financial outcomes.
• Drive commercial, project costing, inventory, treasury, FX, and working capital management across entities.
• Ensure strong governance, controls, compliance, and risk management, in line with group policies.
• Implement group-wide finance initiatives and act as a catalyst for business transformation.
• Lead and develop high-performing, multicultural finance and FP&A teams.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance.
• 8–10 years experience in senior finance / controlling roles within a multinational environment (SEA/AP exposure preferred).
• Strong expertise in FP&A, IFRS / GAAP, treasury, project business, and SAP.
