Your new company

This company is an energy engineering firm specialising in EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning). They are planning an upcoming public listing within the next 6 months, and they are looking for a Financial Controller.

Your new role

Your responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

• Create and carry out the company's financial plans to support growth and profits.
  
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning.
  
• Build and use financial models to guide decisions.
  
• Ensure financial reports and statements are accurate and delivered on time.
  
• Handle capital structure, funding, and treasury operations.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Professional Qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
  
• Degree holder in finance or related discipline.
  
• 10+ years in senior finance roles with proven strategic leadership experience
  
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and controls.
  
• Experience in financing, M&A, and risk management.
