Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead and oversee the financial management and business control functions across our regional operations. This role will provide strategic financial guidance to support growth, improve profitability, and ensure effective financial planning and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and processes to support operational and strategic objectives.
- Provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring to support decision-making.
- Optimize working capital, cash flow, and cost management initiatives.
- Support business proposals, investment decisions, and capital projects with sound financial analysis.
- Drive financial process improvements and automation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and support external audits.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in senior finance roles (Finance Director, CFO, or Senior Finance Manager).
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting standards, and business control.
- Experience in high-tech manufacturing or production environments is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
