Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial & Insurance Advisor based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The role involves engaging with clients to assess their financial needs, providing tailored solutions for protection, wealth management, and financial security, and educating clients on various financial products, including insurance, investments, and retirement plans. The advisor will also cultivate and maintain client relationships, assist with claims, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets and business growth goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting client relationships and present information effectively in diverse settings.
  • Knowledge in financial planning, insurance products, and investment strategies; familiarity with wealth management and retirement planning is a plus.
  • Sales and marketing skills, as well as the ability to achieve or exceed performance targets.
  • Problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and a customer-focused attitude toward identifying and addressing clients needs.
  • A minimum of 1 year of working experience
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Possession of a relevant diploma or degree in finance, business, economics, or related fields is an advantage.
