Financial Market Research & Education Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a Market Research & Education Lead who can translate complex financial market insights into clear, engaging, and actionable content for traders and investors globally. This role combines market analysis, financial writing, and investor education to support client acquisition, engagement, and retention. The candidate will work closely with regional analysts and market commentators across different markets to ensure research insights, educational materials, and market commentary are consistent, coordinated, and aligned with the brand's global positioning. At the Senior Manager level, the role will also lead the global research content direction, ensuring all insights, education, and research-driven initiatives are delivered in a structured and unified manner across regions.

Job Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in financial markets research, financial journalism, trading education, or cfd brokerage.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of global financial markets (FX, equities, commodities, indices, cryptocurrencies.
• Excellent technical and macroeconomic analysis capability.
• Strong financial writing and editorial skills.
• Ability to simplify complex trading concepts for retail investors.
• Experience creating educational trading and research content.
• Strong ability to coordinate across regions and stakeholders.
• Preferred Experience in cfd brokerage, fintech, financial media, or trading education platforms
• Familiarity with technical analysis tools and trading platforms
• Experience working with analysts or contributors across multiple markets
• Understanding of SEO-driven financial content (Professional certifications such as CA are advantageous but not required.)

Job Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis

• Monitor and analyse global financial markets including forex, equities, commodities, and indices.
• Produce timely market commentary, trading insights, and macroeconomic analysis.
• Translate complex financial concepts into clear and actionable educational content for retail traders.
• Identify key market themes, trading opportunities, and macro trends.

Global Research Coordination

• Work closely with regional analysts and market commentators across different markets.
• Provide global direction and editorial guidance to ensure research outputs remain aligned with the company's brand positioning.
• Coordinate research themes, reports, and insights to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery across regions.
• Ensure content and research-driven initiatives are published in a coordinated manner across multiple platforms and markets.

Content & Educational Development

• Produce high-quality financial research and educational materials, including:
• Market outlooks.
• Technical analysis reports.
• Trading insights.
• Educational trading guides.
• Platform and product education.
• Develop multi-format educational content such as:
• Articles and blog posts.
• Video scripts and explainers.
• Webinars and seminars.
• Trading strategy guides.
• Ensure content is accurate, insightful, and aligned with current market developments.

Client Engagement & Thought Leadership

• Serve as a market voice for the brand, helping position the brokerage as a trusted trading partner.
• Host or participate in webinars, educational sessions, and market briefings.
• Support marketing initiatives with data-driven market insights and commentary.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Partner with marketing, product, and platform teams to align research insights with campaigns and trading features.
• Work with SEO and content teams to strengthen the brokerage's organic presence through authoritati financial content.
• Contribute to trading campaigns, market events, and thematic reports.
