Job Description

Financial Operations team aims to deliver operational excellence across the client transaction lifecycle and manage liquidity to support company business growth globally. As a Financial Ops Analyst, you will have extensive interaction with Greater China business stakeholders and closely partner with other Operations functions worldwide.

Responsibilities

  1. Perform transaction and settlement reconciliation, investigate and resolve breaks, and ensure transactions are processed and settled within standard timelines.
  2. Monitor the end-to-end client transaction lifecycle, handle enquiries, detect exceptions from reports and dashboards in a timely manner, and coordinate with Finance, Customer Service, and Product teams to resolve issues.
  3. Assist in building international institutional and merchant service systems to resolve problems encountered by customers in daily business operations.
  4. Assist in maintaining the team knowledge base and refining standard operating procedures. Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve automation and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than two years of experience in operations or customer service. Background in payments, banking, foreign exchange, or related fields is preferred.
  2. Ability to quickly understand new products; results-oriented and able to perform under pressure.
  3. Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  4. Strong attention to detail.
  5. Good reading and writing skills in both English and Chinese; able to adapt to a bilingual working environment.
  6. Proficient in MS Office; experience with VBA, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Data Studio is a plus.
  7. Willing and able to support night shift arrangements.
