Job Description:

Perform periodic financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis for Shopee Xpress.
Conduct detailed business analysis by category and format, including assessment of risks, profitability, and business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor forecasts against budgets and track business performance.
Support the annual budgeting process and long-term business planning activities.
Work closely with the Operations Excellence team to identify cost optimization and productivity improvement initiatives.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or any related field.
3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business finance, corporate finance, or a related field.
Candidates with experience in strategy consulting or financial consulting are encouraged to apply.
Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Good communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide business insights.
