Our Core Business
We are the intermediaries representing financial services providers (FSP), providing a wide spectrum of wealth planning and wealth management services to our clients, which include lilfe and asset protection, accumulation through unit trust, bond, PRS, estate planning product like will, family & business trust etc.
Our people are representing some of the reputable financial service organisation: Prudential Malaysia, Eastspring Investments, Kenanga Investors, Tokio Marine General Insurer, Allianz General Insurer, Chubb, few trustees and in collaboration with lawyers, tax consultants, property agents etc.
Role Description
This is a hybrid role for an Associate, based in Puchong branch.
- Perform prospecting, calling, qualifying customers, setting appointments and provide wealth advisory service to customer
- Sign up potential customers and provide sound advice in the effective management of their finances in view of portfolio expansion.
- Analyse and match clients financial requirements with the FSP's product offerings to best suit their personal financial needs.
- Proactively cross-sell other FSP products and services
- Engage in sales and marketing event to acquire new customer.
- Provide follow up on the policy servicing to customer, i.e. restructuring plans, trustee appointment, top-ups.
- Deliver on strong wealth revenue performance results, client growth, product penetration and position client experience
- Proactively identify business opportunities to drive performance in line with overall business strategy

Qualifications
- Education: Degree holder in finance and business related. Foundation / Diploma holder with minimum 1 year working experience in one company.
- Fresh Graduate with degree in Financial Engineering, finance related, marketing, business related, and entrepreneurial with full internship and part time working experience are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Strong inter-personal skill, communications, good presentation. Priority give to talents with sales and client acquisition experience.
- Communication: Proficient in English and local language, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with database systems and strong PC skills
