An amazing opportunity has opened up in our Fine Dining Restaurant.

• The successful applicant will play an important role in overseeing the operations, management, and overall performance of the restaurant.
• The manager will aim to inspire their colleagues every day to ensure the high quality of service for which The Datai is known.
• The restaurant offers nuanced flavors that aromatize and tease the palate.
• We do not confine ourselves to a set cuisine but are instead inspired to cook with local seasonal produce and the talent available. Every dish is elevated by the very best ingredients, artfully plated, and paired with the finest wines.

What are we looking for

• A minimum of 5 years experience in fine dining restaurant operations within a luxury hotel is a must.
• Proficiency in English.
• Efficiency, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.
• A warm and friendly character.
• Someone who lives and breathes luxury values.
• In-depth knowledge of wine and spirits.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and high creativity.
• Experience in delivering F&B training will be an added advantage.
