About Us

Hytech is a leading player in the fintech industry, committed to providing cutting-edge trading solutions and services to our clients. Our Risk Management team plays a crucial role in ensuring the stability and integrity of our platforms.

Responsibilities

Ensure smooth operation of fintech platforms and associated systems (training provided).

Maintain functionality of additional components like Bridges/Hubs, plugins, and external tools.

Assist in managing database systems, networking, and operating systems (Windows).

Conduct system audits and troubleshoot issues.

Collaborate with external partners to resolve problems.

Requirements

Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.

Positions are open from entry-level to senior-level.

IT support experience in the financial or fintech sector is a plus.

Familiarity with Windows systems and MySQL; SQL knowledge is advantageous.

Willingness to work in a 24-hour shift rotation.

Fluent in English and Mandarin for effective communication with global colleagues.

Working Hours

24x7 on-site shift rotation with competitive shift allowance (5 days of work per week)

Working Location

KL Eco City (accessible via LRT Abdullah Hukum)
