Role Description
The Fire Officer role is a full-time and on-site position located in Pasir Gudang. The Fire Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring fire prevention strategies, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations, and managing emergency services during critical situations. Other daily responsibilities involve developing and overseeing fire safety programs, conducting safety inspections, responding to emergencies, and coordinating fire service activities to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience and knowledge in Fire Prevention, Fire Safety Management, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in managing Emergency Services and responding effectively during critical incidents.
- Experience with Fire Safety strategies and implementing fire service protocols.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to supervise and guide fire safety teams.
- Relevant certifications in fire safety or fire service are highly advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate within a team and swiftly assess and mitigate risks in high-pressure situations.
