Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shah Alam for a Fire Safety Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing fire safety and protection measures for various projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing fire safety and suppression system designs, ensuring compliance with local fire and safety regulations, conducting life safety assessments, and collaborating with project teams to ensure optimal safety solutions. The role also involves liaising with clients and presenting technical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in Fire Protection Engineering and Fire Safety
• Proficiency in Life Safety and Safety Engineering principles
• Experience with Fire Suppression Systems and their design and implementation
• Knowledge of local regulatory requirements in fire safety and engineering
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant industry certifications or qualifications are a plus
