Role Description

The Fleet and Asset Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Melaka, supporting the daily management of W Capital's fleet and assets.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitor fleet utilisation, vehicle availability and performance, and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate vehicle purchases, deliveries and ownership transfers, including JPJ documentation and visits.
• Manage lease extensions and renewals, and maintain accurate asset records.
• Work with operations teams to coordinate vehicle allocation, movements, inspections and maintenance.
• Liaise with finance teams, banks, workshops and suppliers on asset-related matters.
• Support the administration of other company assets, including homestay properties.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, asset utilisation and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with data, preparing reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and basic digital tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on documentation and deadlines.
• Willingness to handle visits to JPJ, banks, dealerships and other relevant parties.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
• Experience in fleet management, car rental, automotive operations or asset administration is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Logistics or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
