Job Description

The Fleet Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the companys vehicle fleet to ensure efficient operations, service quality, cost control and customer satisfaction. This role involves scheduling vehicle usage, monitoring maintenance, EV-related operations, and maintaining accurate fleet records.

Responsibilities

  • Boost Fleet Sales Work closely with dealers to increase company fleet sales penetration.
  • Strategic Planning Plan, develop, and implement fleet sales activities for business growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management Manage existing fleet customer accounts while developing new business opportunities.
  • Sales Policy Development Review and formulate fleet sales policies to optimize sales performance.
  • Engage with Clients Regularly visit fleet customers with dealers, conducting product & business presentations.
  • Build Strong Partnerships Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers and fleet customers.
  • Sales Reporting Monitor and report fleet sales performance and dealer progress.
  • Customer Support Assist fleet customers with after-sales issues to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Administrative Excellence Manage all fleet sales administration for the Fleet Sales Department.
  • Follow up -Coordinate and track vehicles repairs, including accident cases, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records Update on vehicle documents such as insurance, road tax, permits and service history.
  • Vehicle maintenance Schedule and track vehicle maintenance, servicing, and inspections, including coordination of pick-up and drop-off services
  • Responsible for repairing and coordinating vehicles that require repairs/service in relation to automotive / mechanical components.
  • Support route planning and delivery scheduling to improve efficiency.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks Support the Superior in additional assignments as needed.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Have at least 5 year(s) of driving experience with no accident record
  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet operations.
  • Ability to undertake tasks as instructed by superior
  • Effective time-management and multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritize work assignments
  • Able to start IMMEDIATELY will be an added advantage.
