Job Description
Fleet Support
Responsible for continuous monitoring of the flying programme and escalation to the Senior on Duty, Duty Manager or Outstation of delays, special requirements or general allocations.
Your Responsibilities
Monitor the daily flying programme with the goal of ontime operations (0-15 minutes) for all
Update and maintain related flight information including registration changes, timings etc
Plan, document and liaise with required stakeholders for recovery plans or potential delay reduction strategies for the daily flying programme
Update appropriate crew control teams of any delays exceeding 30 minutes, or as specifically requested on day of operation
Escalate to the Senior staff on Duty any significant delays, flight data anomalies or likely future impacts known based on daily flying programme status
Input post flight voyage report data received from flight crew relating to delay reason and time, including crosscheck of existing information automatically entered
Review consequential delay reasons and links between flights to ensure accurate representation to ensure appropriate mitigating action can be taken
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Airline Operations/Airport management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel management, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
Preferably with at least 1 years of experience in airline, airport or ground handling operational environment
Understanding on aircraft and crew requirement would be added advantage.
Proficient in both written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft and Google software. Familiar with AIMs and Navtech systems will be added advantages
Detailed oriented and meticulous, Able to perform under pressure in challenging/demanding environment.
Good time management, effective communication skills and ability to provide direction to a team
Ability to make critical decision making
Must be able to work on 24/7 shift rotation environment
