FMCG Field Sales Representative

About the Job

To support the company's sales and merchandising activities by visiting retail outlets within the

assigned territory, promoting beverage products, taking orders, and ensuring good product

visibility in stores. The Field Sales Representative works closely with the appointed distributor

to help achieve sales and coverage targets.

Job Responsibilities

Visit shops and retail outlets daily to promote and sell company products.

Take orders and coordinate deliveries through the appointed distributor.

Ensure products are properly displayed, clean, and priced according to company standards.

Assist in setting up promotional materials and displays.

Build and maintain good relationships with shop owners and staff.

Collect feedback from retailers and report competitor activities.

Submit simple daily or weekly sales and visit reports.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Interest in sales and willing to work in the field (door-to-door shop visits).

Able to communicate well and build friendly relationships.

Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
